
When you come to the gym to workout with Mike you should dress appropriately. Wear gym shorts, a tee shirt, tennis shoes, or other gym-appropriate attire. It is highly recommended that you bring a water bottle with plenty of water and a towel. You will get thirsty and you will break a sweat.
Additionally you may complete the Goal Assessment Profile (PDF) and present this to Mike at your first session if you would like to provide Mike with information about your current fitness condition. This is optional but recommended.
