
Contact Mike about scheduling a free first workout session. This session gives you a chance to meet Mike and best of all, you are under no obligation to sign up for regular training sessions.
Once you have scheduled your Free First Session, make sure you are familiar with what to expect and what to bring and wear.
Additionally you may complete the Goal Assessment Profile (PDF) and present this to Mike at your first session if you would like to provide Mike with information about your current fitness condition. This is optional but recommended.
