Fitness Classes

In addition to being a personal trainer, Mike instructs aerobic classes such as Cardio Kickboxing (CardioBash) and Boxing. These classes are a great way to lose weight in a group setting. First timers are always welcome and are encouraged to join. Only a gym membership is required to join the classes.
